Welcome to Arthur, the Tin Can. One of the Arthropod trailers, who is unique and lovingly handbuilt not too far away in Bury. Arthropod is a word that is derived from a Greek word call Arthropoda.

 

Made from eco friendly and sustainable materials, including an aluminium outer skin and a birch plywood interior. The interior of Arthur consists of natural fabrics, which gives a cosy yet quality homely feel. The main sitting and dinning area converts into a comfortable double bed and there is a fully fitted kitchen space. Full height glass doors at the back opens up the living area onto the built in outdoor deck. 

 

The kitchen appliances (including the fridge) run off gas, as does the heating system, which also heats the water. There is no electricity mains, but power for lighting comes from the 12v battery which is charged by the solar panel on the roof. Arthur includes all basic kitchen appliances, so all that you need to bring is your own bedding. Making packing light, easy and stress free.

Arthur provides a perfect little home for that break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sit back, with a glass of wine and absorb the sunshine and beautiful views.

Arthur is now available for families of four. Please be aware that the bunk beds are narrow and may not be suitable for older children.

​

Arthur does not include linen, please bring your own pillows and duvet/sleeping bag.

Arthur is not pet friendly.
