As part of the day or overnight stay packages that we offer to groups, we can also include wood fired pizzas.
Pizzas are offered to groups at a discounted rate.
DBS
Our team at Dearden Wood are DBS checked.
Mark and Karen are Scout Wardens.
Jessy is in the process of becoming a Guide warden.
This means that when on site with children, you can be confident that your group is in safe hands at Dearden Wood.
As Wardens, we over see the site whilst you are here, but group leaders responsible for the children must be on site at all times.
Dearden Wood can cater for overnight camps for children groups. We can provide all weather tent pitches, fire pits and wood. We also have onsite toilet, shower and pot washing facilities.
Leaders must be on site with groups at all times.

Dearden Wood can cater for day events for children groups. We do not provide activities, however we have reliable contacts who can provide activities if required at an additional cost.
We also allow groups to utilise the woodland for activities if required.
We have onsite toilet, shower and pot washing facilities.
